Stuart J T Dodds is Baker McKenzie s Director of Global Pricing and Legal Project Management.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences, has been extensively quoted in pricing and project management journals, and also sits on a number of industry related advisory bodies, including ILTA and the True Value Partnership Initiative (TVPi).

Stuart is also a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management. The College of Law Practice Management was formed in 1994 to honor and recognize distinguished law practice management professionals, to set standards of achievement for others in the profession, and to fund and assist projects that enhance the highest quality of law practice management.

He is responsible for the development of Baker McKenzie s global pricing and legal project management strategy and provides targeted pricing, negotiation and project management support to partners and client facing colleagues across their 77 offices worldwide.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Stuart conducted a similar role at Linklaters for over 3 years,.  He previously worked as a Management Consultant for 17 years (including Accenture for 14 years) in a fee earning capacity, in a variety of strategy, supply chain and procurement-facing roles and across many industry sectors.
